Basement Finishing is simple.

At DBC we have a simple proven system. In ground plumbing is installed, all waste lines are run to an ejector pit. A treated 2x4 bottom plate set a few inches off the foundation allows breathability between framing and foundation. Spray foam insulation provides R15 moisture barrier between the concrete and the framing. Spray foam also helps to seal off possible cracks that may have already or will occur. 

Electrical is installed. Plumbing supply lines are installed. Drywall installed and finished. Custom cabintry, feature areas, and fixtures are installed.

Many companies advertise expensive, complicated basement wall systems.. At DBC, we keep it simple and logical.
